  • A semi-circular auditorium with red seats, a wooden stage and two microphones. The upper level has tall windows and white columns.

Conveniently located in the heart of the city, National Museum Cardiff offers a unique meeting setting unlike any other in the Welsh capital.

For large conference-style meetings, our beautiful Reardon Smith Lecture Theatre comes equipped with a built-in projector, wall screen and PA system and can accommodate up to 300 and space for 7 wheelchair users.

For smaller meetings a variety of options are available. Our Oriel Suite located just off from our Restaurant offers built-in AV presentation facilities and can accommodate up to 80, but this space also separates with built-in sliding walls to offer smaller meeting rooms for anywhere between 10 and 50.

The spaces are fully accessible by ramp through the main doors with lifts to each level, including the bathrooms.

Check out our Meeting Rooms pages for more information.

For full-day meetings, why not take a break and explore the Museum’s remarkable exhibitions and the home of the Welsh national collection of fine and applied art between sessions.

Talk to our team about your meeting requirements, whether hybrid calls, flipcharts or mobile screens, and to find out more about catering options and hire pricing.
