Hosting one of the most impressive collections of modernist and impressionist art in Europe, our Modernist & Impressionist Art Galleries are an elegant and sophisticated space for hosting your event.

Located on the first floor in the heart of the Museum, guests can enjoy drinks receptions sipping on fizz whilst admiring works by world renowned artists such as Monet, Renoir, Van Gogh and Welsh icons Augustus and Gwen John.

With the inclusion of celebrated, priceless pieces from the Welsh national collection, our stunning galleries provide both a unique and engaging setting for receptions, intimate launch evenings, weddings and civil partnerships.

Our galleries are fully accessible with lift access to all floors including bathrooms and have capacity to host up to 300 guests.
