Dear Jon,
I’m afraid that we have no information on the artist G Speke who painted this view of Barry Docks. After a bit of research it is possible he is a local Barry man called George Speke, but further work would be needed to confirm this.

I inherited a watercolour landscape 'Shaldon' 1930 by B Speke and was wondering if your museum has any information about this artist.
