De Havilland bomber with a large crowd gathered around it, of the two men standing in front of the plane one is probably the pilot W.J. Hamilton Morgan. W.J. Hamilton was a First World War pilot who became homesick after doing 27 dangerous missions in France. In 1918 he flew the plane to Abercrave where this picture was taken and was later court martial for this. Apparently the soldiers shaking hands with him were sent to arrest him.
