STEM session exploring the properties of different metals and how they became important for Wales and industry.  

Aim: Explore key properties of metals, including iron, copper ac aluminium. 

Understand the connection with Welsh industry in Wales. This workshop includes science demonstrations and activities to help students understand the properties of metals.

You will have an opportunity to experiment with electrical circuits and magnets.

This is an interactive workshop using electrical circuits, ferro fluid and magnets. 

Duration: 1 hour
Cost: Led by Museum staff - £40 for up to 15 pupils, £60 for up to 35. Free for some schools (see booking information).
