Join us for some festive fun at the National Slate Museum this Christmas!  

Step out of the cold and enjoy some cosy festive traditions as you visit our quarry workers’ homes - decorated through the decades! 

You will have the chance to:

  • Take part in a craft workshop with the Elves and meet Father Christmas *

  • Enjoy storytime with Siân Corn (Mother Christmas) 

  • Create a Rag Wreath*

  • Make Pomanders 

  • Join in some carol singing with local choirs and brass bands
  • Jump aboard our Miniature Steam Train
