Exhibition:Swansea Community Flavours

National Waterfront Museum
Finished

Food! It brings us all together.

The Swansea Community Flavours project brings together women from a wide range of countries and cultures through the SCVS and the Swansea Refugee and Asylum seekers group.

Each week during the project the women took it in turns to choose a dish to cook from their homeland using ingredients grown in the GRAFT garden.

Through teaching, talking and eating the women discovered the differences, and more importantly the similarities between their cultures. Find out about the delicious foods, take home a recipe to try and tell us which dish is special to your family.
