St Fagans Food Festival - Festival Programme

This year, Oasis and The Plate project will be bringing culinary delights directly to your doorstep. Bag yourself one of our Food Festival Food Boxes and learn how to make some of our most popular, authentic dishes; from the comfort of your own home.

Each box will be lovingly prepared and packaged by the Oasis Kitchen Team and will contain within it all the neccessary raw ingredients, and accompanying recipe card for your chosen dish, needed for you to cook-along with us time and again. The boxes will also contain a QR code that allows you to see how the recipes are made via a pre-recorded video. Finally, you will also gain additional material that explains the work that both Oasis Cardiff and St Fagans Museum are engaged in to help support Asylum Seekers and Refugees.

Recipe: Iranian Kookoo Sabzi (VG)
Fragrant herb fritatta packed with fresh dill, parsley, coriander and Welsh leeks; served with Salad Shirazi. A celebration of the perfumed spice of Persian cuisine.

ORDER

Boxes are available to order now until Monday 6th September, however the boxes will be available for delivery or collection (from our premises here at Oasis) on Friday 10th of September, just in time for the Amgueddfa Cymru Food Festival weekend. Please note that a delivery charge of £6 per box will be applied due to the use of an external courier service.

Each box will contain enough ingredients for one main meal portion.

Upon payment you will receive a confirmation email detailing further information of how and when you can collect you box or, alternatively, when the box will be delivered to you.
