Event:Yoga Under the Moon

National Museum Cardiff

This March, take a moment to pause and wind down in a very special yoga session, beneath the serene and celestial beauty of the Museum of the Moon.

Lead by yoga instructor Eleri Morgan, this calming session invites you to unwind after hours in the historic grandeur of the Museum’s Main Hall - the perfect pick-me-up as the sun sets and the moonlight takes over, you’ll flow through gentle movements designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.

Important information:

The session is suitable for ages 18+. No one under this age will be granted entry to the event.

The session will last approximately 90minutes. There is no entry to the galleries or the rest of the museum before or after the session.

The event will take place in the Main Hall under our new moon! Limited yoga mats are available, although we encourage you to bring your own.

Any level of yoga experience is welcomed and encouraged, but please take care when booking and awareness of your own health is encouraged.
