Part of "A heavy wooden frame mounted on a wheel carriage, 8 vertical struts with 2 springs on each. A smaller frame has 6 stuts. There is also a wooden hinged cover on door. A plate glass sheet is missing. Used by the G.W.R. for producing blue prints. From Caerphilly, Glamorgan."
