Cup and saucer

Cup, soft-paste porcelain, standing on a very short cylindrical foot-rim, cylindrical sides curving outwards from the lower body, square-shouldered loop handle with raised thumb-spur, the exterior sides decorated with three applied sprigs of prunus moulding consisting of small sprays of flowers; left in the white and glazed. Saucer, soft-paste porcelain, standing on a straight-sided tapering foot-rim, rounded curving spreading sides, five notches and lobes to the rim, the interior of the saucer decorated with three applied sprigs of prunus moulding consisting of spreading sprays of flowers, left in the white and glazed.
