Four letters and a plan held together with a split pin and contained within a brown envelope. Correspondence re. an agreement with Mr E. Phillips of Barry regarding the diversion of Cwmbran brook at Clomendy fields in order to prevent further encroachment on the land. Includes letters from Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd. (Cwmbran Works) and Mr E. Phillips. Also includes a plan of the property, drawn in black ink on pale blue/grey waxed paper
