Figure of a man, hard-paste porcelain, undecorated, standing on a circular rustic plinth modelled with flowers, right leg forward, wearing eighteenth century dress of buckled shoes, hose, britches buttoned at the knee, waistcoat half unbuttoned, shirt frilled at cuffs and around v neck, jacket with broad buttoned cuffs, hair in a tail, flowers modelled on right breast, holding bunch of modelled flowers in extended left arm, basket of flowers over right wrist, tricorn hat under right arm; scrolled pillar behind, with a tree branch supporting left elbow at back.
