Vase, hard-paste porcelain, trumpet-shaped body with an oval shaped rim rising from an oval pedestal base with shaped edges, four scroll feet; decorated with a pink ground, the edges are gilded, the inside of the rim is banded with a gilt bead border, the outside of the rim is banded with a white border decorated with a zigzagging line and dots in gold, the body is divided into four panels outlined with gold borders, the two side panels are decorated with flower swags in gold, the panel on the back of the vase is reserved with flowers on a white ground and the panel on the front of the vase is painted wirth a bird on a tree in a landscape on a white ground, the panels on the rim of the base are outlined in gold and decorated with flower swags in gold, the scrolled feet are embellished with gold flourishes.
