Grey long sleeved shirt worn by Nick McNeill, Chair of the South Wales Gay Men's Chorus for many years, and a member since they formed in 2008. Shirt, waiscoat and tie (F2021.73.2-4) are the uniform worn by South Wales Gay Men's Chorus from about 2008, and similar to the unform worn today.

The South Wales Gay Men's Chorus was formed in February 2008, and has members from across south Wales. The forty strong chorus choir sing everything from traditional male voice choir pieces, to show tunes and modern classics.

Grey long-sleeved shirt, fine weave pattern based on a twill binding with black vertical yarns and white horiztonal yarns. 7 grey pearlescent button fastening down centre front with two spare buttons stitched below. Same buttons are used to fasten the cuffs: two of the same size and one smaller one. Grey plain weave fabric is adhered on the inside to reinforce the button holes. Black synthetic ribbon trim along inner neck. Upper rear shoulders are reinforced with an additonal layer of fabric.
