Saucer

Saucer, hard-paste porcelain, short foot-rim and curving sides; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to the upperside a criss-cross pattern of floral festoons tied by purple ribbons and with an exotic bird perched amongst them, a gilt line around the rim.
