Cover, hard-paste porcelain, octagonal-shaped and slightly domed in the centre, two flattened rectangular handles; the rim is decorated with a border of flower swags, the rim is gilded, the handles are decorated with a key pattern in gold as are two rectangular sections above the handles, the central reserve is bandle with a wide gold border and moulded in relief with a man and woman dancing against a green ground.
