Bronze Age Gold from Wales

Mug

Mug, earthenware, cylindrical, loop handle, flat base; brown body decorated with a transparent glaze, the handle is painted with a cream slip covered with a yellow glaze, the rim and the base are painted with a wide border in a yellow-glazed cream slip, the centre of the mug is banded with a line border in between two waved line borders in a yellow-glazed cream slip.
