Protector SL flame safety lamp
Steel bonneted flame safety lamp (possibly Protector type SL) with magnetic lock and flat wick.
This is a collectors hybrid. The bonnet etc. comes from a Cambrian No 1 but the base is probably from a different type of lamp. The name plate is also from a different lamp.
