Victoria Sims and Sarah Pryor
Victoria Sims and Sarah Pryor are enterprising young caterers who are expanding their business from their original site, a lay-by cafe opposite the Chepstow racecourse. Within five months of opening they had a second at National Diving Centre, with a third planned for festival sites.
