Foolscap copy book with lined and plain pages and brown paper covers. Contains notes and sketches made by David Thomas, later tailor of Cross Inn, when an apprentice student at the Tailor and Cutter Academy in London, 1915. Includes pattern draughts and notes concerning making up for items of servants' livery, normal and bell bottom trousers, overcoats, farmers' and riding breeches, bishops' gaiters and leggings, waistcoats, frock coats etc.
