Bronze Age Gold from Wales

Victorian black japanned turned wooden naval dockyard truncheon, paintedwith crowned V.R. cyphers in red and gold and inscribed beneath in gold "Swansea Harbour Trust", reverse has anchor motif in red and gold, tip and base have lines in red and gold, handle is made up of 7 turned ribs with brass loop at bottom.
