Bronze Age Gold from Wales

Mines Rescue long service medal c.1920-1930 presented to Richard Wilkinson. Richard Wilkinson lived in Cwm, Ebbw Vale, but came from Lancashire to work in Marine Colliery in about 1920. He was a colliery overman. He led the team in the Marine disaster of 1927. His hobby was needlework. He died in 1959.
