Vessel, porcelain, ovoid vase form with square-sided foot ring and short vertical rim; the rim and outer edge of the foot ring stained black, the staining edged in blue, the white surface of the body decorated with concentrated areas of black-stained sgraffito marks, stained marks in blue, orange and grey/green, clay 'impasto' and impressed snippets of text.
