Cup, tea and saucer

Tea cup, hard-paste porcelain, short foot-rim and shallow bowl with rounded sides, plain loop handle; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to the front of the cup an ox and a goat standing in a stream, scattered gilt sprigs around the exterior sides and the interior bottom of the cup, a gilt edge to the lip-rim, the handle picked out in gilt. Saucer, hard-paste porcelain, short foot-rim and curving sides; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to the well an ox and a dog in a landscape, scattered gilt sprigs around the sides of the well, a gilt edge to the rim.
