Cup and saucer, bone china, bowl-shaped cup with a slightly flared rim on a spreading base, scalloped edge, double scroll-shaped loop handle with thumb rest, circular saucer with an indented central reserve and with a shaped edge and a footring; decorated with gilt line borders and with gilded edges, painted with a pale green ground on which are reserved a border of panels of elaborate gilt decoration under which are painted rose heads, the exterior of the cup is banded with a leaf-shaped border in gold.
