Underground photograph of the Endless Haulage House at Waunlwyd Colliery, Ebbw Vale. The engine driver and some visitors pose alongside. Gentleman on left is believed to be John Charles who was normally employed as a surface engine driver at Waunlwyd. The machine was steam driven.
