Teapot

Teapot, hard-paste porcelain, bulbous body, curving spout and ear-shaped handle; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to one side of the body a hen and chicks in a landscape, and to the other side another bird in a landscape, scattered floral sprigs around the rest of the body, entwined gilt ribbons and bows around the spout, the handle picked out in gilt, gilt borders around the foot-rim and neck.
