Navy blue card/textile booklet with Board of Trade badge, number - 553063 and title - Continuous Certificate of Discharge - printed in gold on front cover. One oblong cut out of cover to show owner's name - Garrett. Biographical details at front. Discharge details handwritten and stamped inside for year 1909 on board the OROYA. Attached to back of book with pink ribbon are four discharge certificates, certificate for working on board the COUNTY OF CARDIGAN and a note upon which is handwritten 'C. Bennett, 30 Coyne [?] Terrace'.
