Bottom mandrel

Bottom mandrel owned by Jack Stevens who worked at Mynydd Maen, Pontypool, c.1922 to 1960. Mr Jack Stevens started career as a colliers helper, and ended up as underground mason. He was prominent in First Aid Competitions, and won National in Blackpool in c.1952/53.
