Pot, chocolate and cover

Chocolate pot, hard-paste porcelain, cylindrical body and rounded shoulder with moulded reeding, beak spout with moulded scrolls, to the body at rightangles to the spout issues a wooden handle with porcelain socket, flat-topped cover with reeded sides, ball finial, round hole to the top to allow the contents of the pot to be stirred and a metal spring underneath to hold the cover in place on the pot; decorated in underglaze blue with an immortelle pattern, around the pot and the sides of the cover four panels of stylized oriental flowers, further floral sprigs to the spout and the socket of the handle.
