Bronze Age Gold from Wales
Steam locomotive "UNA"
0-4-0 two feet gauge locomotive “Una” built by Hunslet Engine Co. Ltd., Leeds, 1905, builder’s number 873. Used throughout her working life (1905-1965) at Penyrorsedd slate quarry, Duffryn Nantlle. Obtained by the Museum in 1977 when it had been partly restored, and restoration was completed by the Museum.
