Cardiff Borough Police baton issued to Mr F.D. Llewelyn for Special Constable duties during the Cambrian Combine Dispute, 1910. Decorated in red and gold on a black background depicting a shield (representing the former Borough coat of arms of Cardiff), initials ‘VR’ (Victoria Regina) and a crown. This is a Victorian baton, and would have been issued as old stock in 1910.
