1914-1918 Mercantile Marine War Medal war service medal. Obverse depicts head of George V surrounded by inscription. Reverse depicts a steamship bow on high seas beneath an inscription. Bar suspension with silk ribbon (thin white stripe down middle with equal parts of green and red either side). In original envelope of issue.

Mercantile Marine War Medal. Issued to David Jenkins, a ship's carpenter.
