Cup, coffee and saucer

Coffee cup, soft-paste porcelain, short foot-rim, high rounded sides and elaborate handle with scrolls and points; to the front of the cup a rustic landscape painted in stipped puce monochrome, around the interior lip-rim a formal gilt border, a gilt line around the lip-rim, the handle picked out in gilt. Saucer, soft-paste porcelain, short foot-rim and curving sides; to the well a rustic landscape painted in stippled puce monochrome, around the rim a formal gilt border.
