Ore Wharf (Dowlais Wharf), Roath Dock, Cardiff. Shows the discharging of iron ore into Dowlais Iron Company hopper wagons for East Moors Works. The stacks of flat-bottom rails, probably rolled at Dowlais Works, are awaiting export, using the rollers in the foreground to hand load them into ships.
