PARRY, William (1742-1791 William Parry trained in London under the fashionable British portrait painter Joshua Reynolds. He maintained a healthy career in Wales, thanks to the support of the Williams-Wynn family of Wynnstay. He was a friend of Thomas Jones, and the son of celebrated harpist, John Parry.
