Circular gilt button with hook at rear. Inscribed 'Highland Railway' within a belt around the edge of the button. At the centre is an eagle with the arms of the City of Perth and of the Burgh of Inverness. The Arms of Perth carries a Paschal lamb and Inverness, The Lord Upon the Cross.
