S.S. OCEAN VAGRANT (7130gt). Built 1942 by Permanente Metals Corp., Richmond, California, for MoWT (managed initially by W.H. Cockerline & Co., Bristol : then by Baltic Shipping for the MOT from 1946). 1948 – Sold to Baltic Shipping Co., Newcastle, and renamed ATLANTIC VAGRANT. 1950 – Sold to Bolton Steam Shipping Co., and renamed RAPHAEL. 1951 – Sold to Cia. de Vapores SA, Panama, and renamed SIRAM (managed by M.A. Embiricos). 1961 – Sold to Syramar Cia. Nav. SA, Panama, under the Greek flag, and renamed SYROS (managed by S. Krystallis). She was broken up at Shanghai in 1968.
