White paint on red enamel background, supported by a wooden frame. A danger notice in respect of blasting hours at the Dinorwig Slate Quarries, Llanberis. This notice was renewed in February 1900 by Ernest Neele the Quarry Director and General Manager. Bilingual notice with the English section on the left corner and the Welsh section on the right corner.
