Vicari, Andrew (Vicari was born in Port Talbot in 1932 to Italian parents who ran a restaurant in Windsor Road, Neath. He attended the Swansea School of Art, and then the Slate School of Fine Art in London. In 1974, Vicari was appointed as the official painter to the King and Government of Saudi Arabia. He died in Swansea in 2016.)
