Bronze Age Gold from Wales

Cup, soft-paste porcelain; with a foot rim which is taller on the outer edge, concave curving sides at base straightening towards the centre leading into a gentle convex curve at rim lip, and a rococo style moulded handle; mazarine blue underglaze decorated in gilt with rococco style borders creating three panels, within the central panel stands a chinese couple and in the panels on either side is a pheasent scene, also in gilt is a floral sprig is situated in well centre, a gilt band to foot rim and a gilt dentil edge upon the rim, the handle is touched in gilt; glazed
