6ft swivel jointed rule, made of boxwood. Maker's name on front of rule.
Used by boat builders/carriage makers in the 19th and 20th Centuries. Claimed to have been used at a canal boat building and repair yard, Gabalfa (from label hand written by Harry Rogers)
