Teapot and cover

Teapot and cover, cream coloured earthenware with slightly bluish glaze, simple Utility shape comprising a foot ring, short squat body with short curved spout with integral strainer, angled loop handle and short upright neck or collar, the cover is inset and has an integral spout and strainer cover, the cover is sunk and has a short, round knop level with the top edge of the cover; the only embellishment is a wide, ridged band running around the body.
