Plate, earthenware, cream coloured glaze, inset base with two shallow ridges inside the foot, cushion-moulded profile and plain rim; transfer-printed and hand-coloured around the border with the 'Everlasting Life' pattern, comprising a base pattern of pale green, stylised plant stems, over which is a repeating pattern of stems with five oval leaves in dark and light olive green, interspersed with fern-like stems in light and dark purple-red, surrounded by small dots in a purple-grey.
