Teapot and cover

Teapot, hard-paste porcelain, oval form with straight sides and sloping shoulder, curving handle with formal leaf moulding around the base, rectangular handle, oval domed cover with pinecone finial and steam hole; painted in polychrome enamels with sprays of flowers to either side of the body, smaller floral sprigs around the shoulder and cover, also around the shoulder and rim of the cover borders of pink spots on a paler pink bands with festoons of green leaves, the spout, handle, finial and rims picked out in gilt.
