Black print on white paper with handwritten details completed in black and red ink. Ornate border on left only. Embossed company seal on lower left hand corner depicting coat of arms in centre. £82 of £4 % debenture stock. Certificate number '269'. Dated 19 December 1899. 'CANCELLED' punched down both left and right hand sides.
