Documents relating to the conveyance of No.2 Upland Terrace, Cwmbran from Guest Keen & Nettlefolds to Mr William Stokes. 86.171I/488 (2) is an agreement for the sale of the property, printed in black ink on pale blue paper with handwritten details completed in black ink. Dated 11th October 1921. 86.171I (3 - 8) are letters regarding the conveyance of the property. Three are from Guest Keen & Nettlefolds on company headed paper, and the other three are typed on green paper. Dated June - October 1937. 86.171I/488 (9) is a Guest Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd (Cwmbran Works) receipt printed in brown ink, with handwritten details completed in black ink. Dated 25 Oct 1937.
