Roman copper alloy harness mount

A rod with two loops set perpendicularly to it at either end. At one end there is a rectangular plate decorated by squares of yellow and blue enamel, and half way along a square plate projects from each side of the rod, these are also decorated by squares of yellow and blue enamel.
