Tea bowl, earthenware,short cylindrical foot-rim, rounded curving sides; transfer-printed in blue with around the exterior sides Chinese landscapes with fences and pagodas, a smaller version of the same pattern to the interior bottom of the bowl, around the interior lip-rim a border of elaborate scrollwork against a cell-pattern ground. Saucer, earthenware, short cylindrical foot-rim and curving sides; transfer-printed in blue with to the well the same Chinese landscape as on the tea bowl, around the rim the same border as on the tea bowl.
